Smriti recently reminisced about 25 years of the show’s history by posting a note and a picture on Instagram.

“25 years ago, a tale came into Indian homes and softly became a part of so many lives. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi was not only a show, it was feeling, memory, ritual. A moment when families stopped everything to sit together… cry, laugh, hope. To each of the millions of viewers who made Tulsi a part of their own family…thank you. This journey wasn’t mine alone. It was ours. And it always will be.”
