In a disturbing incident from Haridwar, Uttarakhand, a female biker and social media influencer was harassed by a group of semi-naked men on a highway late at night. The woman, who goes by the name “Rider Noni” on Instagram and has over 326K followers, recorded the entire episode on video and posted it online, demanding swift police action.
Miscreants Blow Kisses, Hang Out of Speeding Car
The viral video shows several men inside a speeding car misbehaving with the female rider. One shirtless man can be seen hanging dangerously out of the vehicle, blowing flying kisses at her as both vehicles move at high speed. The car’s registration number, UP 15 EH 2344, suggests it is registered in Uttar Pradesh.

Calling out the group’s misconduct, Rider Noni captioned her video: “How a mother less behavior looks like. In jaise logon ki wajah se ladkiyaan surakshit mehsoos nahi karti hain.”
Police Inaction Questioned
The influencer also approached a police officer in a nearby patrol vehicle during the incident but claimed that no action was taken against the accused. She tagged Uttarakhand Police in her post and urged viewers to share the video widely to help identify and bring the culprits to justice.
Despite the public outrage and rising social media pressure, no official police action has been reported so far.
