Prafull Billore, the well-known founder of the MBA Chai Wala Group, has officially announced his resignation from his position. In a lighthearted social media post, he humorously referred to himself as a “panauti” (unlucky charm) for Team India and suggested that the responsibility would now be taken over by IITian Baba, the viral Mahakumbh Baba who recently made headlines for his incorrect prediction about India’s cricket match against Pakistan.

Billore shared a playful resignation message online, stating, “I have resigned recently from my job. It’s all yours now!! Ram Ram, Jay Shri Ram.” He later followed it up with a more formal farewell, congratulating his successor: “Congratulations on your appointment as the new leader. I am thrilled to welcome you to this role and wish you all the best for your tenure. As I pass the baton to you, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to have led this organization. It has been an incredible journey.”

IITian Baba’s Failed Prediction Sparks Social Media Frenzy

Billore’s announcement coincided with India’s commanding victory over Pakistan in the Champions Trophy match on Sunday. The game saw Virat Kohli deliver a stunning century, leading India to a comfortable win. While social media was flooded with celebrations and praise for Team India, another unexpected figure grabbed the spotlight—Abhay Singh, famously known as ‘IITian Baba.’

IITian Baba had previously gained attention for his bold prediction that India would lose the crucial match. Speaking in a podcast before the game, he confidently asserted, “Iss bar India nahi jeetegi. Virat Kohli aur sabko bol do ki jeet ke dikha dein. Maine bola nahi jeetegi India toh nahi jeetegi.” (India will not win this time. Tell Virat Kohli and the team to try their best, but they won’t win. If I say they won’t win, they won’t.)

However, his prediction was completely off the mark, leading to a barrage of online trolling. Social media platforms were soon flooded with memes mocking his failed prophecy, with many users calling him a fraud and urging podcast hosts to stop giving him a platform.

IITian Baba Issues Public Apology

Following the massive backlash, Abhay Singh took to social media to issue a public apology. He posted on X (formerly Twitter), acknowledging his miscalculation and sharing images of Virat Kohli and the victorious Indian team. His post read, “I want to publicly apologise and ask each one of you all to celebrate, it’s party time. Mujhe mann hi mann pata tha ki India jeetega.” (I knew in my heart that India would win.)

With Billore’s resignation and IITian Baba’s unexpected rise to viral fame, social media continues to be a hub for unpredictable and entertaining moments.
