A shocking incident of racial abuse and physical assault took place in a Manhattan office building, where a woman was recorded hurling racist remarks at a Jewish man and physically attacking him. The event occurred in the lobby of 950 Third Avenue near East 57th Street, New York City, on Thursday, as per witness accounts.
In a viral video shared on X, the woman was heard making antisemitic remarks, stating she wanted “ISIS to kill all of you.” Witness Seth Bell, a lawyer, confronted the woman, who identified herself as “Noora,” and recorded her actions. Bell stated that the woman aggressively approached the Hasidic man and began making derogatory remarks linking him to the conflict in the Middle East, which he described as “classic antisemitism.”

Confrontation and Arrest
Bell intervened and questioned the woman about her actions, asking if she was attacking the individual simply because of her antisemitic beliefs. In response, she proclaimed, “I love Jesus,” before attempting to swat Bell’s hand and kick him.
As Bell continued to record the incident, the woman declared, “I demand Jihad! I want ISIS to kill all of you! I am conspiring with Hamas, Palestinian Jihad, and with ISIS!” Security personnel at the building promptly contacted the police, who arrived and took her into custody.
Investigation Underway
According to law enforcement sources, the woman was transported to Bellevue Hospital for a psychological evaluation. The New York Police Department’s (NYPD) Hate Crimes Task Force is currently investigating the case and coordinating with Manhattan prosecutors to determine potential charges.
While the woman identified herself as Noora Bandoora to the authorities, the Jew Hate Database group on X claimed she was known by a different name and held the position of “director of government affairs” for a state chapter of CAIR. The authorities are continuing their probe into the incident to ascertain further details.
