There was a three-vehicle plane crash that happened on Wednesday afternoon about 3 p.m. near the intersection of Zac Lentz Parkway and Mockingbird Lane. The police arrived at the scene but are yet to confirm if anyone was injured during the accident, both the plane and vehicle passengers.
In reaction to the accident, Victoria police declared the junction was closed indefinitely and traffic diverted as a way of minimizing the congestion that may be realized in the area. The accident occurred after students of Victoria East High School had been dismissed and parents advised on possible delays in taking the students due to disruptions of traffic.
