Man Survives Electrocution and Fall, Then Attacks Police| WATCH

A video of a man who survives electrocution goes viral on social media. Tejaraj Nayak of Kalahandi, Odisha, leaped from a three-storey building, became electrocuted by live high-voltage wires, fainted, and fell on the rooftop of a shop.

Just as the onlookers thought he was dead, he suddenly came to life and began pelting the police with bricks. The Kotwali Police Station staff, who were led by Officer Vijay Yadav, attempted to restrain him while a courageous officer persuaded him to descend safely.

Shocking Moment

As per reports, Tejaraj Nayak had come to Durg for the medical treatment of his child in a government hospital. Eyewitnesses stated that he was behaving strangely on the rooftop before leaping. As he fell, he touched high-voltage wires, which resulted in him blacking out.

He then fell onto a first-floor ledge. While everyone believed he had died from the fall, he suddenly stood up and began throwing bricks at the police, leaving onlookers stunned.

No Major Injuries

Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sukhanandan Rathore confirmed that Nayak did not receive any serious injuries despite the dramatic fall and electrocution. Authorities said Nayak was on a train when his child fell ill suddenly, and he got down at Durg. But the reason behind his strange behavior is still unknown.

Police arrested Nayak and brought him to the hospital for a medical checkup. The police are investigating why he would resort to such a dangerous act.

Reports indicate that he has been attacking people in his neighbourhood and even consuming raw flesh, which has caused significant concern among locals.

Efforts have been made by traders at the market to address Sonu’s condition, including providing him with medical care and rabies vaccinations. However, his aggressive behavior persists, leading to heightened fear among the community. Mohammad Rashid, a vegetable seller, described how Sonu’s behavior took a disturbing turn after the dog bite, despite attempts by him and other market dealers to assist Sonu.

Another vendor, Narendra Thakur, reported that Sonu bit him while he was purchasing onions, prompting Thakur to seek medical treatment and a precautionary shot.

Urbano unearthed valuable items such as wads of cash, coffee makers, gold jewelry, and even Fendi bags, which he then sold for profit. His daily routine involved riding his bicycle or driving around Sydney after breakfast, exploring trash mounds for new finds. He described discovering mountains of discarded items, including fridges, wardrobes, and couches, with an abundance of perfectly good clothing.

One notable sale was a tiny Fendi purse, which Urbano sold for about $200. To ensure the authenticity of luxury items, he cross-referenced serial numbers on websites like Entropy and consulted friends who are high-end merchandisers. Urbano’s discoveries included over 50 television sets, 30 fridges, more than 20 washing machines, 50 computers/laptops, around 15 couches, and 50 vacuums.

Man held for unlocking emergency door mid-air on South Korean flight

A 30-year-old man was detained for opening the emergency door in mid-air, just before the jet was supposed to land at Daegu International Airport in South Korea on Friday.

The door was still open when the Asiana Airlines plane touched down at the Daegu airport. According to authorities, over a dozen injured, nine of whom suffered from breathing issues, were sent directly to hospitals.

As per the reports, the man opened the emergency door while the plane was around 700 feet above the ground and about two to three minutes from touching down. The 30-year-old was detained upon landing, according to the Yonhap news agency.

A passenger shot the video from inside the plane when the incident took place, and now it has gone viral on social media.

The Asiana Airlines aircraft, flight OZ8124, had taken off from Jeju Island and was about to touch down in Daegu when the ugly incident happened. There were 200 people onboard, including 194 passengers.

In a statement, the Asiana Airlines authorities said the police were investigating the matter.

Minor among 3 held for fatal stabbing of man in Delhi

On Sunday, a man was stabbed to death in Delhi’s Mangolpuri during a scuffle with four others, as per the officials statement.

Jatin, 20, Mohit, 19, and a minor, 17, were named as the accused. Three of them were detained, but one has not yet been found.

Jitender, a native of Mangolpuri, was named as the deceased.

According to the police, they got a PCR call at 6:14 am on Sunday regarding the admission of Jitender, a resident of Mangolpuri, at SGM Hospital after sustaining stab injuries above the left knee. Station Huse Officer (SHO) along with other staff went to SGM Hospital and found that the person was in an unconscious condition due to excessive bleeding.

Man stabbed, robbed in Delhi for refusing to steal scooty

On Monday, a man was stabbed and robbed by three men after he refused to help them steal a scooter near Bahadurgarh Road, said police.

Sameer, a resident of Azad Market, has been named as the deceased. Ishaan, Aamaan, and Anas were named as the accused, and according to the police, both sides are acquainted. Around 7:20 am, the cops reported that Sameer was returning home from Choti Masjid. The three suspects halted him close to the police station on Bahadurgarh Road. When the victim refused to help them take a scooter, the accused began to threaten him.

Accused Ishan took out a knife and threatened him and robbed him. The accused robbed Rs 2,350, Aadhar card, Pan card and a Mobile phone from the victim. Ishaan stabbed the complainant, said police. When the victim resisted and raised an alarm all 3 accused ran away from the spot, said the police. The victim filed a complaint against the three accused after the incident. A case has been registered by the Police under sections 394 and 34 of IPC.

Six held after video went viral of miscreants assaulting 50-year-old man in Madurai

A 50-year-old man was assaulted by seven people when he came to pick up his daughter in Madurai Meenal Women College in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai. Six out of the seven people were arrested by Police.

A complaint was registered at Madurai Sellur Police Station, following which the arrests were made. The officials said, “One out of six arrested is a college student.” The police further informed that a group of youngsters were creating a commotion, approaching the Women’s College in an allegedly inebriated condition.

Mohan Raj, Madurai North Deputy commissioner of Police told, “The brawl started over a normal incident. The youngsters assaulted the man after the 50-year-old asked the miscreants to go quietly because a funeral procession was passing by.” “The group of youngsters attacked the man in front of several students in front of the college gate. Pertaining to the matter, a case was registered against seven people at Madurai Sellur Police Station. Six people including one college student have been arrested so far,” the senior police officer said. “We have written a letter to the college principal of the student seeking action against him. We have directed the police to patrol the areas where the girls’ college is located,” Mohan Raj added. Following te incident, Madurai Police has increased the security near all women’s college in the area.

Earlier, On October 30, when a few adolescents allegedly entered the Lady Dok Women’s College in Madurai and harassed the students there, a case was previously opened against 11 people at the Madurai Tallakulam Police Station.

“So far we have arrested 10 people in this case and four two-wheelers have been seized. five out of 10 arrested were college students,” police said in a statement.

A man allegedly blackmailed, harassed, and extorted Rs 7 lakh from a woman in exchange for the deletion of pictures circulated online, police officials said on Sunday.

Anshul Srivastava, a one-sided lover who tormented the accused through emails, messages, and the uploading of images to social media without the complainant’s permission, has been named as the accused.

“The woman filed a complaint that one person is continuously harassing, threatening, and bullying her through emails, messages and uploading pictures without her consent on various social media platforms. The accused was defaming her by sending her pictures to her friends and family and demanded Rs. 7,00,000 from the complainant to delete/remove the pictures from the sites,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West District, New Delhi, Manoj C.

According to the police, the accused’s possessions included one mobile phone, two sim cards, two ATM cards, and one bank chequebook.

“On October 21, the team with the help of local police staff succeeded to apprehend the accused and after sustained interrogation, he disclosed the commission of the crime. In his instance, one mobile phone, two alleged sim cards, two alleged atm cards, and one bank chequebook were recovered,” said the Deputy Commissioner of Police.

On further interrogation, it was found that the accused was in love with the complainant and became over-possessive about her colleagues and friends.
“Despite her not responding to his activities, he kept trying to impress her and kept sending e-mails. He used the app INDYCALL to use proxy numbers to call the complainant. Thereafter, he even threatened her elder sister to give him Rs. 10,00,000 or be engaged with him for his lustful desire to delete her sister’s photos,” said Manoj C.
The police have registered an FIR under 354A/384/506/499/420/509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
