Nearly a month after the news of the murder of Indore’s Raja Raghuvanshi sent the country into shock, a purportedly similar case has been reported from Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool.

Telangana Man Tejeshwar Found Dead Days After Disappearance

The 28-year-old victim named Tejeshwar was a resident of Gadwal in Telangana, and was found dead days after he was missed on June 18, nearly a month after his wedding, PTI news agency reported.

His body was discovered during the investigation near Panyam town in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh, police reported.

Tejeshwar’s family claimed that his wife conspired against him for murder as she was having an extramarital relationship. They also accused that Tejeshwar’s wife, post-marriage, spent most of her time talking on the phone and they believed that she was communicating with her mother and other relatives.

Marriage Went Ahead Despite Earlier Concerns

The wedding was to take place in February, but the man’s family was trying to cancel it at the eleventh hour as the bride supposedly left home for seven days.

Following the woman’s subsequent contact with Tejeshwar and convincing him to proceed with the marriage, the two got married in Kurnool some weeks ago, victim’s family claimed.

Tejeshwar was a licensed land surveyor, according to the PTI report.

Police Yet to Find Concrete Evidence in Telangana Case

No solid evidence regarding the wife’s complicity in the murder has been found so far, PTI reported the police as saying on Monday. Investigation pertaining to this case is ongoing.

Indore Murder Case Update: Accused in Judicial Custody

This comes in the wake of the investigation into Sonam Raghuvanshi, the Indore woman accused of killing her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi, while on honeymoon in Meghalaya. Raja’s mutilated body was discovered in a gorge on June 2.

Sonam and her accused lover Raj Kushwaha are already in judicial custody on the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case. They are accused of having hired at least three guys to kill him.

The district and sessions court in Shillong, Meghalaya, on Thursday sent the remaining accused Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, and Anand to 14-day judicial custody.

Eight suspects have so far been arrested in relation to the killing of Raja Raghuvanshi. They include Raja Raghuvanshi’s wife Sonam Raghuvanshi and four others: Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Raj Singh Kushwaha, and Anand.

Lokendra Singh Tomar, the eighth accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, was brought to court in Gwalior on Tuesday. He was detained for a transit remand for three days. He is charged with hiding the pistol and the money bag in the murder case, and destroying evidence, Meghalaya police added.

In a shocking incident in Dharghadi village, Bundi district, Rajasthan, a newly-wed bride allegedly drugged her in-laws and fled their home, according to police reports on Friday.

The incident occurred on Thursday night when Manjubai, 24, reportedly mixed a substance into the food she prepared for her in-laws. After consuming the meal, the family members, including a six-year-old child, lost consciousness.

Relatives discovered the unconscious family members and rushed them to the district hospital, where they are now recovering and reported to be out of danger.

Dablana Assistant Sub-Inspector Mahendra Yadav stated that Durgashankar Gurjar, 24, had married Manjubai on August 23 through a custom known as ‘Nata-Pratha.’ This practice, prevalent in some communities, involves a form of informal marriage without legal validity.

Following the incident, Manjubai reportedly escaped on a motorcycle parked at the residence. It is currently unclear whether she took any cash or valuables from the house, as the family members remain in a semi-conscious state and are undergoing treatment.

A case has been filed, and the police are actively investigating the situation and searching for Manjubai.

The Role of Parental Emotions in Shaping a Child’s Happiness: A Holistic Approach

What is the role of parents in shaping a child’s happiness? What does a child pick up from his parents? Everything. If a parent is negative, the parent is directly feeding the child’s mind, not only with negative thoughts, but also with negative emotions, which become the foundation of the child’s future.

Therefore, parents have to be very careful about the emotions afloat in their lives. Emotion is energy in motion. Emotions are thoughts, feelings, actions — everything comes from emotions. Therefore, if parents have emotions of anger, hate, vengefulness, jealousy, if parents have emotions of fear, worry, stress, anxiety, then this automatically permeates to a child and shapes the child’s future.

We don’t really have to teach a child. The child automatically learns. And therefore, if we want children to learn to be happy or to build happy and positive emotions in their life, then we must become role models. And it is not just about how we act in front of our child. Regardless, the child will sense and pick up our emotions, the reality of our life.

Let us consider the example of a child who grows up with parents who are constantly bickering. The child will automatically develop the same in his life. Such a child will often remain unhappy, disgruntled, negative, because how much ever the mother or father may try to teach the child, more than what the child will learn from being taught, is what the child will pick up from the emotions that fill his home, the world around him, his environment. Therefore, it is up to us, as parents, as to what emotions we fill our homes or lives with. Isn’t it unfortunate that today, men and women are at loggerheads? Sadly, the one who suffers the most is their child. The child is injected with toxic emotions, negative emotions, which we call NEP, Negative Energy Poison. How can the child live with PEP — Positive Energy that has Power? How can the child develop emotions like courage, confidence, faith, enthusiasm, compassion, optimism, forgiveness, when the child sees his parents living in depression, anger, or anguish?

If the parents are fighting with each other, whatever be the reason, whoever be at fault, the child will not understand that. But the child will pick up the emotional exchange between the mother and the father, the tension, the stress, the misery. Therefore, it is advisable, that parents must not let negative emotions appear in front of their child. Children from broken homes or violent homes or homes where parents are divorced all experience trauma, sadness and anger in varying degrees.

Intelligent parents keep their differences, their arguments and fights away from their child’s presence. Sometimes this may be possible, sometimes it may not be possible. Some parents understand that they play such a vital role in shaping their child’s future, their child’s emotions, their child’s happiness that they are willing to suppress some of their personal feelings for the sake of their child’s future. But at times, what can one do? There is no choice and differences between parents become apparent to the child. Then that unhappy marriage or that bad relationship between the parents, unfortunately, becomes a role model, the foundation, the very raw material of the child’s future. Happy couples will have happy children but unfortunately, unhappy couples cannot have anything but unhappy children.

One thing that we often don’t take into account is the magic of Karma. Karma is the law of action and reaction. If a child has good Karma, then despite bad emotions in the parents, the child may flower and blossom in bliss and on the other hand, despite being born to a perfectly happy couple, if the child is carrying negative Karma, then we may find that the child ends up with an unhappy future.

What we can do as parents, is to foster happiness in our child’s presence so that the child can pick up only positivity — love, forgiveness, kindness, brotherhood, companionship. We should not let any negative, toxic emotions reach our child. This is the best we can do.

Bikaner Accident: 6 Fatalities As Family Car Rams Into Stationary Truck

A devastating accident occurred in Bikaner, Rajasthan, when a car crashed into a stationary truck near the Mahajan police station area, resulting in the deaths of six family members.

The fatal collision happened around 100 km from Bikaner, on the route from Dabwali in Haryana to Bikaner. The vehicle, traveling at high speed, collided with a parked truck, causing severe damage to the car’s front end.

Emergency services faced a challenging rescue operation, as they had to cut through the mangled wreckage to retrieve the victims. According to police, five of the deceased were pronounced dead at the scene, while a young girl later succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.

Mahajan police station’s SHO, Kashyap Singh, confirmed the tragic loss of life, including both adults and children. The victims were all residents of Dabwali, Haryana.

J&K: NIA to investigate twin terror attacks in Rajouri; say Amit Shah

Days after terrorists killed civilians in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri and said National Investigation Agency (NIA) will investigate the twin terror attack. where Shah chaired the security review meeting at Raj Bhavan.

Addressing the media Home Minister Amit Shah said, “I have spoken to all the seven families of the deceased over the phone. I was about to go there myself to meet them but today we could not go there due to the weather. I have listened to their words very carefully and I have also spoken to Lieutenant Governor Manoj ji. The courage of those who lost their lives is an example for the country”.

Home Minister Shah said, in the last one and a half years all incidents that have happened will be investigated.

“Government of India has given the investigation of both incidents which took place over the course of 2 days, to NIA. NIA and Jammu Police will together investigate it. All the incidents that have happened in the last one and a half years will be investigated,” Shah said.

Union Home Minister Amit reached Rajouri on Friday where he was supposed to meet the families of victims but was unable to make it. Shah promised to meet them on his next visit. Home Minister Amit Shah also chaired a high-level meeting in Jammu and Kashmir’s Raj Bhavan.

“A detailed discussion has been held with all the aspects of the security agencies and all kinds of agencies involved in the security of Jammu and Kashmir. Preparations will be made to make a very secure grid in the coming days. Be it BSF, CRPF, Army, or Jammu, and Kashmir Police, all are ready,” Shah stated.

Meanwhile, Home Minister further said, at the meeting the creation of forming 360 security cycle was discussed.

“All aspects ranging from the support system of terrorist groups were discussed. Creating a complete 360 security cycle was discussed. All our information agencies have also been talked to,” Shah said.

Moreover, over the phone Saroj Bala, the Mother of the attack victims talked with Amit Shah and assured him that they will meet her on his next visit.

“Union HM Amit Shah interacted with us over a phone call. He assured us to visit us during his next visit. I lost my both sons during the Dhangri attack and I urged him to provide us justice and a tight answer to their killers,” Saroj Bala said.

Earlier on 1 and 2 January in two separate terrorist attacks, seven civilians were killed including two children in Upper Dangri village in the Rajouri district.

On 1 January gunmen fired indiscriminately on three houses of Hindu residents in which four people were gunned and after that, in a suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast two children were killed.

Earlier in the day, J-K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha received the Union Minister Shah at the airport.

However, the visit of the Home Minister Shah comes 12 days after militants killed six civilians including two children at Upper Dhangri village in Rajouri district.

Panipat: Six family members killed in LPG blast

Nidhi Was Detained In A Drug Case

According to an FIR filed in December 2020, Nidhi was detained in Agra in connection with a Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, (1985), offense. Nidhi is currently free on bond, according to police sources. On December 6, 2020, Nidhi was detained and taken into custody at the Agra railway station for importing ganja (drugs) from Telangana via train. She was subsequently taken into custody. Anjali Singh’s friend Naveen revealed Nidhi and Anjali fought over money before leaving the hotel on New Year’s Eve.

Swati Maliwal On Delhi Police Investigation

Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal expressed her dissatisfaction with the Delhi Police’s action on Thursday and demanded the case be transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Talking to the media Swati Maliwal said Delhi Police is not conducting a fully unbiased investigation.

“I’m not satisfied with Delhi Police’s action. I recommend that this case be transferred to CBI. Delhi Police told us they’ve not recovered Nidhi’s phone till now. It’s very important evidence. It is beyond my understanding why it is not with the police till now?” Swati Maliwal said.

“Police still haven’t checked all CCTV footage from the 13 km stretch or recorded 164 (CrPC) statements of all eyewitnesses, section 302 not added. The first call came at 2.22 am about a woman being entangled in a car. But the police sprung into action only when they received a call at 4.15 am about a naked body,” the DCW chief stated.

Anjali’s mother Reha Devi told reporters that Anjali never consumed alcohol and never came home drunk.

‘Nidhi and Anjali knew each other for 15 days, family says

The latest CCTV footage from outside Nidhi’s residence showed Nidhi returned home at around 2.30 am — soon after the accident.

‘Anjali was stuck to the left wheel’

CM Chouhan expresses condolences over 8-year-old’s death in borewell

After four days of rescue efforts an eight-year-old, who fell into a borewell in a Madhya Pradesh village of Betul district died on Saturday.

Meanwhile, a compensation of Rs 4 lakh has been offered by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan who also expressed his condolences.

Taking to Twitter CM Chouhan said, “It is very sad that little Tanmay (Sahu), who fell in a borewell in Betul’s Mandvi village, could not be saved even after tireless efforts by the administration. I pray to God to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this loss, Om Shanti.”

Moreover, the ex-gratia has been announced for the kin of the deceased. “Tanmay’s family should not consider themselves alone in this hour of grief, I and the entire Madhya Pradesh are with the family. Financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh will be given to the victim’s family by the state government. May God give the departed soul a place at his holy feet. Humble tribute!,” Chouhan said.

While playing on the farm around 5 pm on Tuesday 8-year-old Tanmay Sahu fell into the borewell and within the next hour, the rescue operation started.

However, over the four days State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), Home Guard, and local police personnel were on the job to rescue the child. After rescuing at Betul District Hospital Tanmay’s body was taken by ambulance.

“My 12-year-old daughter saw him falling into the borewell and informed me about the incident. We immediately rushed to the spot. He was breathing and we listened to his voice as we enquired. The rescue operation was started from 6 pm onwards on December 6,” Tanmay’s father Sunil Sahu said.

Henceforth, Geeta Mankar Tanmay’s teacher said, “Tanmay is a student of Class 3. The children of his school, including teachers, chanted Gayatri Mantra for his safety. The teachers and students have prayed to God that Tanmay comes out safely from the borewell. Tanmay is an intelligent student. His safety will be the victory of all of us.”

Fire breaks out at Jahangiripuri

Indian-origin family of four found dead in California, were kidnapped on Monday

The local sheriff announced on Thursday that a baby who was taken from Merced County in California along with her parents and uncle were discovered dead. The family, who were of Indian descent, vanished on Monday. A 48-year-old man was detained in relation to the case, which has so far involved kidnapping.

Sheriff Vern Warnke of the Merced County, California, was reported by CNN as saying, “It’s horrible, tragically senseless.” The person who is being held was reportedly seen on surveillance footage. The man could be seen shoving the family into the truck in the video.

The eight-month-old child, her parents Jasleen Kaur and Jasdeep Singh, as well as uncle Amandeep Singh, have been missing since Monday, prompting family members to ask for assistance from the authorities.

According to Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke, the individual in jail was found guilty of armed robbery and false imprisonment in 2005. But it’s unlikely he was alone himself.

Jasdeep and Amandeep were seen in the video, which is one of the pieces of evidence the police have, coming at their family truck company on Monday morning nine minutes apart.
