Trump Posts Houthi Explosive Airstrike Clip, Says ‘Oops’ | WATCH

April 5, 2025, 7:31 am

In a bold statement on social media, former U.S. President Donald Trump shared a video claiming to show a direct U.S. air strike on Houthi fighters in Yemen. The video, which appears to be drone footage, shows a group of people gathered in an oval formation before a sudden flash and explosion engulf them, followed by a thick cloud of smoke and dust.

“These Houthis gathered for instructions on an attack. Oops, there will be no attack by these Houthis! They will never sink our ships again!” Trump captioned the video.

While the authenticity of the video remains unverified by independent sources, its timing aligns with reports of escalating U.S. air strikes in Houthi-held areas of Yemen. On Wednesday, the Houthis reported six deaths in multiple regions following U.S. military strikes, according to the Associated Press.

The U.S. has been targeting the Iran-backed Houthi militia in response to its continued attacks on commercial and naval vessels in the Red Sea, a move the Houthis claim is in support of Gaza amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. Since the onset of U.S. strikes, the Houthis have reported at least 67 fatalities.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt weighed in on the campaign, saying, “Iran is incredibly weakened as a result of these attacks, and we have seen they have taken out Houthi leaders. They’ve taken out critical members who were launching strikes on naval ships and on commercial vessels and this operation will not stop until the freedom of navigation in this region is restored.”

The footage and Trump’s remarks come at a time of heightened tensions across the Middle East, as U.S. military efforts continue to respond to regional threats while projecting strength against Iranian influence.

On Sunday, Union Minister and Thrissur BJP MP Suresh Gopi visited Wayanad to evaluate the impact of the landslides. Search and rescue operations in the region have now reached their sixth day, with many individuals still feared trapped in the debris.

Wayanad District Collector Meghashree informed ANI that the rescue operation is actively ongoing, with more than 1,300 personnel deployed for today’s operations. “Rescue operation is going on in full swing. Today, 1,300+ forces are deployed, volunteers are also there, yesterday volunteers who went for the rescue operation got stranded there, today we are taking precautions so that it doesn’t happen,”.

Meanwhile, Kerala Chief Minister’s Office has announced that night patrols by police have been established in the Chooralmala and Mundakkai areas affected by the landslides. The statement from the CM’s office emphasised that action will be taken against anyone trespassing into the homes or areas of the victims at night. It also stated that access to these areas at night is restricted to authorised rescue operations only, and no one should enter without police permission.

On Saturday, the Indian Air Force transported one ZAWER and four REECO radars from Siachen and Delhi to expedite search operations in the landslide-affected regions of Wayanad. That same day, the Indian Coast Guard (ICG), Indian Army, and Indian Air Force (IAF) successfully rescued three individuals stranded at Soochipara Waterfalls in the landslide-impacted Wayanad district of Kerala. Chiranjeevi Faces Backlash For Pushing Airport Employee—Watch The Video

July 31, 2024, 3:48 pm

A recent video of actor Chiranjeevi at an airport has sparked controversy online, with viewers divided over his interaction with a fan. The video shows Chiranjeevi, accompanied by his wife Surekha and airport staff, arriving from a flight. When a fan approaches Chiranjeevi for a selfie, he is reportedly pushed aside by the actor.

The incident, shared widely on social media, has led to a flurry of reactions. Some fans have defended Chiranjeevi, arguing that he was simply following the directions of his ground staff and that the fan’s persistence was inappropriate. “Chiranjeevi’s rude behavior with fans at the airport,” read one comment, while another defended the actor by noting that he was just trying to manage his personal space after a long flight.

Critics, however, have taken issue with the way Chiranjeevi handled the situation. Some argue that regardless of the circumstances, it is not acceptable for a celebrity to push a fan out of the way. One user remarked, “Just because we like him doesn’t mean we should justify his actions.”

This incident follows similar controversies involving other celebrities. Recently, Nagarjuna faced backlash when his bodyguard was filmed pushing a specially-abled fan. Nagarjuna later apologized and met the fan for a selfie. Actor Dhanush, who was present during the incident, faced criticism for not addressing the situation.

Chiranjeevi, who will soon appear in the film Vishwambhara alongside Trisha Krishnan, recently attended the 2024 Olympics opening ceremony in Paris. Despite the recent controversy, he continues to have a significant presence in the entertainment industry.

Chiranjeevi Breaks Silence On Suffering From Cancer

June 5, 2023, 11:35 am

Megastar Chiranjeevi has denied the reports of him being diagnosed with cancer.

The ‘Acharya’ star recently took to Twitter and issued a statement in Telugu, saying false reports emerged after he spoke on the need to raise awareness about cancer during the inauguration of a cancer centre. In the statement, Chiranjeevi clarified that he was detected with ‘non-cancerous polyps’ and had it removed in a timely manner.

The Telugu star’s statement loosely translated as, “A while ago I spoke about the need to raise awareness about cancer while inaugurating a cancer center. I told you that cancer can be prevented if you undergo regular medical tests. I was alert and took a colon scope test. I said that non-cancerous polyps were detected and removed. I only said, ‘If I hadn’t done the test first, it would have turned out to be cancer.’ I said that’s why everyone should take precautions and undergo medical tests/screening.”

He also called out journalists for publishing wrong information about his health.

“But some media organisations did not understand this properly and started publishing web articles saying ‘I got cancer’ and ‘I survived due to treatment’. This has caused unnecessary confusion. Many well-wishers are sending messages about my health. This clarification is for all of them. Also an appeal to such journalists. Don’t write nonsense without understanding the subject. Because of this, many people are scared and hurt,” he added.
