The Delhi’s Direction: AAP-da Se Mukti
Modi said to jubilant Bhartiya Janata Party followers, “I see enthusiasm and comfort in the people of Delhi. Enthusiasm for victory, and comfort is because Delhi is free of ‘AAPda’ (Delhi ko ab AAP-da Se Mukti mil gai hain). I had sent a letter to all Delhi people, which you delivered to them. I had prayed to the people of Delhi to give the BJP a chance to serve them in the 21st century.”
He thanked Delhiites for their confidence in him, stressing that the city’s will validated their support of the BJP’s management style.
Emphasizing the importance of the victory, PM Modi said, “Today the people of Delhi have made it clear, the rightful owner of Delhi are its people. Those who had the arrogance of being the owners of Delhi, they have been confronted with the truth.”
Viewed as a rejection of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and its leadership, the win represents a significant change in Delhi’s political topography. From Delhi’s verdict, it is obvious that there is no room for lies and deceit in politics.”

Modi noted the varied demographic of the city by referring to it as a Mini India.
“Delhi is not merely a city. It is mini-India and lives the idea of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. It has people from south, west and eastern India and is a microcosm of the diversity of India. Today Delhi has given a decisive mandate to the BJP. There is no class or regional pocket in Delhi where the lotus has not bloomed today,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi said at BJP headquarters today, hours after the party sailed to victory in the Delhi Assembly elections after a gap of 27 years.
BJP Keeps on winning Streaks
PM Modi also underlined the recent electoral victories of the party, setting Delhi’s win as a part of a wider tendency. “Following our win in the Lok Sabha, we set fresh marks in Maharashtra and Haryana.” New Delhi a fresh history has now been penned.”

With the official returns finally in, the BJP is likely to take control in Delhi and put an end to the decade-long domination of the AAP. The attention will now turn toward governing and meeting the pledges made throughout the campaign as festivities go on.
