Sports-oriented films have given him numerous accolades. From Bhaag Milkha Bhaag to Toofaan, Farhan has shown his keen interest in sports-based movies. Now India’s Guinness World Record holder and skating champion Nikhil Chindak has expressed his desire to “see Farkhan Akhtar playing me someday”.

If any film would be made on his journey, Nikhil wants Farhan to play his role. “It would definitely be Farhan Akhtar. I am completely inspired by versatility”.

Talking about sports and skating, Nikhil said, “There are ups and down in every field. I wouldn’t say it was a cakewalk getting into sports but with the support of my parents and coaches there was never a room for second thoughts. Making my country proud was a stepping stone towards my goal.”

Farhan will soon be seen in Toofaan, which is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
