Founder of the Samajwadi Party and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav tested positive for Covid-19 on Wednesday. Announcing the development through its official Twitter handle, the Samajwadi Party said doctors are monitoring Mulayam Singh Yadav. “Founder of the Samajwadi Party Mulayam Singh Yadav tested positive for coronavirus today. Doctors are monitoring his health,” the party said. It added that at present, Mulayam Singh Yadav is “asymptomatic”. Meanwhile, informing about his health his son Akhilesh Yadav said the SP leader is “stable”.
