Even after 64 days of agitation by state ministerial employees, the government has not addressed the issue and has not taken any decision.
In this regard, on Friday, the Rajasthan State Ministerial Employees Federation held a press conference, in which they warned of agitation. State President of the Federation Raj Singh Choudhary and State General Secretary Virendra Dadhich said that the government is playing tricks on the important demands of the ministerial employees. In the case of the grade pay of Ministerial employees, the grade pay of the Establishment Officer is being changed by the state government. Hence, the ministerial employees have decided to protest against it.
On Thursday, the Ministry Employees Federation met Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and apprised him about various issues. On the financial demand of the ministerial employees, the grade pay of only the Founding Officer is being increased.
The qualification for the post of Junior Assistant is also a matter of concern for the employees. The employees demand to increase the grade pay of the first promotion post of Ministerial Staff Liaison to Rs 3600 instead of Rs 2800 and the grade pay of the second promotion post to Rs 4200 instead of Rs 3600.
