It’s worth noting that the court had earlier suspended the arrest of the accused, Chaitanya, who subsequently complied with the High Court’s directives and returned to his residence in Manimajra.”
It’s worth mentioning that on Friday, Chaitanya Agarwal had filed his statement at the police station. According to sources, he informed the police that he received 80 million rupees from Kirron Kher and returned 20 million rupees. He also stated his intention to return the remaining amount. He alleged that MP Kher had harassed him during a meeting at her residence on December 1. Consequently, citing threats to his life, he sought protection from the High Court. Following this, MP Kher filed a complaint of deceit against him.”
