Today, the Haryana Anti-Corruption Bureau achieved another significant success in the ongoing crackdown against corruption in the state. The Anti-Corruption Bureau team from Kaithal arrested Roshan Lal, an Inspector in the active Cooperative Society, in Kalayat, while caught accepting a bribe of 100,000. According to the government spokesperson providing details, the Anti-Corruption Bureau received information that Inspector Roshan Lal in the Cooperative Society in Kalayat was demanding a bribe of 100,000 for preparing an audit report in favour of the complainant. Acting on this information, the team set up a trap and apprehended Roshan Lal red-handed while accepting the bribe of 100,000. The entire operation was conducted transparently and impartially in front of witnesses.
In connection with this case, charges have been filed against the accused at the Anti-Corruption Bureau police station in Ambala. The Anti-Corruption Bureau team is actively gathering all necessary evidence and conducting a thorough investigation into the matter
