Trump Warns of “Total Victory” Over Iran, Approves Strike Plan Without Final Order, Report

US President Donald Trump has approved a military strike plan against Iran but is holding off on issuing a final order, according to The Wall Street Journal. Trump stated he wants to see if Iran will fully halt its nuclear program before taking further action.

Speaking to reporters, Trump remained ambiguous about the exact timing of a potential strike. “I may do it, I may not,” he said. “The next week is going to be very big – maybe even sooner.”

Trump reiterated his demand for Iran to abandon its nuclear ambitions completely and unconditionally. “We’re not looking for a ceasefire. We’re looking for total and complete victory. And victory means no nuclear weapon. That’s it,” he declared.

Fordow Facility Among Possible US Targets

Military analysts believe that the US could target Iran’s Fordow enrichment facility — a heavily fortified underground complex. Due to its location deep in the mountains, experts note that only the most powerful bombs would be capable of destroying the site.

Trump reportedly told his top aides that if Iran does not respond by halting nuclear activities, he will consider giving the green light for military action.

Khamenei Issues Stern Warning; Trump Responds With “Good Luck”

In a recorded address on Wednesday, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned the United States of severe consequences. “Any US military intervention would come at a high cost,” Khamenei said. “The Iranian nation will not surrender.”

Trump brushed off the warning. “Good luck,” he said, adding, “Nobody knows what I’m going to do. Unconditional surrender – that means I’ve had it.”

Israel-Iran Escalation Intensifies

Meanwhile, Israel has launched a new wave of airstrikes on Iranian missile sites and nuclear infrastructure. Iran, in response, claimed to have launched hypersonic missiles, although reports indicate minimal damage inside Israel.

As tensions escalate across the Middle East, all eyes remain on Washington and whether Trump will authorize a full-scale strike on Iran.
