A 10-hour mega block will affect Mumbai’s Western Line on Sunday, September 8, as the Western Railway undertakes construction of the 6th line between Goregaon and Kandivali. The block will be in effect from 00:00 AM to 10:00 AM during the night between Saturday and Sunday.
The disruption will impact both Up and Down slow lines, with some suburban trains being canceled or short-terminated. No similar mega block is planned for Central, Harbour, Transharbour, or Uran lines.
