Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) in Mumbai has reached a significant milestone by becoming the first airport in India and the third globally to obtain the prestigious Level 5 Accreditation for Airport Customer Experience, the highest honor awarded by Airports Council International (ACI). Here’s to more seamless travels, happy passengers, and setting new standards in excellence! ”

Overseen by Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL), the Mumbai airport’s success was also recognized by Gautam Adani. He stated, “There is no better proof of business success than a company’s ability to serve its customers. At every moment, this guiding principle is what I urge all members of Adani Airports to dedicate their efforts to. And there can be no greater sense of appreciation than seeing our @CSMIA_Official achieve @ACIWorld’s esteemed Level 5 Accreditation for Customer Experience. Not only are we the first airport in India, but we are also the third in the world to reach this milestone. ”

He added, “It is my pledge on behalf of AAHL to continue serving all our passengers who travel through our airports. Thank you to my passengers. Thank you to my colleagues at AAHL. ”
