Anne Hathaway has stunned her fans with a new, bold photoshoot. She wore sleek, high-fashion outfits in striking styles. One photo shows her in a leather outfit with a black lace bralette. In another, she wore only jeweled fabric that formed a see-through top.

She described the shoot as “a poetic joy beyond words” and said it made her feel “like a work of art those magical days.” Thanking the team behind it, Hathaway added, “Thank you so much to the one and only Anna Wintour for thinking of me for this cover, and for making all of it possible.”

Sequel to The Devil Wears Prada in the Works

Hathaway will soon return to the big screen in The Devil Wears Prada 2. Disney’s 20th Century Studios has confirmed the sequel is in production. Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci will reprise their iconic roles. Kenneth Branagh will play Miranda Priestly’s husband.

According to Variety, the sequel’s story follows Miranda as she faces challenges in a declining print industry. She competes with her former assistant, played by Blunt, who now holds a top executive role at a luxury brand with major advertising power.

Uncertainty Around Andy Sachs’ Role

At this point, it is unclear how Hathaway’s character Andy Sachs fits into the plot. In the original film, Andy left Runway to work at a newspaper. The sequel may show how she reconnects with the fashion world.

David Frankel and Aline Brosh McKenna, the original director and writer, are also returning. The film is set to release in cinemas on May 1, 2026.
