According to property documents examined by SquareYards, the father-son team sold their three residential properties in Mumbai’s Andheri neighbourhood for a total of Rs 6.75 crore.
Simultaneously, Hrithik made a blockbuster announcement that he will mark his directorial debut with Krrish 4, the latest film in India’s beloved superhero franchise.
Real Estate Deals Add to the Buzz
To begin with, Rakesh Roshan sold two apartments in Andheri West. The first flat, located in Veejays Niwas CHS Limited, fetched Rs 3.75 crore. Meanwhile, the second apartment at Raheja Classique sold for Rs 2.20 crore to three buyers: Jeevan Bhavanani, Shilpa Wadhwani, and Gaurav Wadhwani.
Notably, Hrithik Roshan himself sold a third apartment in the same Raheja Classique building to the same trio for Rs 80 lakh. These deals also highlight the fact that Bollywood’s elite continue to be involved in the city’s upscale real estate market. The transaction also raises the possibility that the Roshan family’s changing residential choices are related to upcoming new endeavours.
Hrithik Roshan Directs Krrish 4 with YRF
Even more exciting is Hrithik Roshan’s creative leap as he officially steps into the director’s chair for Krrish 4. This upcoming film, jointly produced by Aditya Chopra’s YRF and Rakesh Roshan’s Filmkraft Productions, marks a turning point in the Krrish franchise.
The earlier instalments, Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish, and Krrish 3, were all directed by Rakesh Roshan, with Hrithik portraying both Rohit and his superhero son, Krishna.
