‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ fame Harshvardhan Rane revealed his next movie, ‘Deewaniyat’ on Friday, saying that Milap Zaveri helms the musical love tale. The 41-year-old actor posted the news on Instagram and was enthused about the project scheduled for a 2025 cinema release. The film is produced by Amul V Mohan, Anshul Mohan, and Vikir Films, the forces behind The Sabarmati Report. The film is co-written by Mushtaq Shiekh.
He started his career with Thakita Thakita (2010). Later, he made his Bollywood breakthrough with ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ (2016) after appearing in both Hindi and Telugu films. Rane received a Stardust Award nomination for Superstar of Tomorrow – Male based on his acting in the romantic drama.

Alongside announcing ‘Deewaniyat,’ Rane is celebrating the massive success of ‘Sanam Teri Kasam”s re-release. The 2016 romantic drama returned to cinemas on February 7 due to overwhelming demand. Sharing his excitement on Instagram, Rane wrote, “Back by popular demand! ?? Sanam Teri Kasam is set to steal hearts again! Re-releasing in theaters—get ready to laugh, cry, and fall in love all over again!”
