Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh recently shared the trailer for his upcoming film Sardaarji 3. While posting the video on Instagram, he excitedly revealed, “Sardaar Ji 3 Releasing 27th June OVERSEAS Only. FADH LAO BHOOND DIAN LATTAN.” Notably, the film features Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, marking her first appearance in an Indian film.

Hania Aamir Plays a Ghost-Hunting Partner
In the film, Hania joins Diljit’s character, who works as a ghost hunter assigned to remove a spirit haunting a mansion in the UK. Interestingly, the trailer shows that both Hania and Neeru Bajwa share romantic chemistry with Diljit. The horror-comedy takes a humorous approach to ghostbusting and also includes dramatic action scenes.

However, after an unseen spirit defeats the group in seconds, the mansion’s owner turns to Diljit’s character for help.
Sardaarji Franchise Returns After Eight Years
The Sardaarji franchise has always held a special place in Punjabi cinema. The first movie, released in 2015, was directed by Rohit Jugraj and starred Mandy Takhar and Neeru Bajwa alongside Diljit. It opened to record-breaking numbers. Following the success, Sardaarji 2 hit theatres in 2016.
Now, after eight long years, Sardaarji 3 promises to bring back the fun, scares, and laughter that made the series so popular.
