Johnny Depp returned to his famous role as Jack Sparrow, surprising young patients at Nino Jesus University Children’s Hospital in Madrid, Spain. The actor took time out from filming his latest project, Day Drinker, to visit children on June 16. Dressed in full Jack Sparrow costume, Depp brought smiles to the children and staff as he spent time with terminally ill kids in their hospital rooms.
