‘Total Victory’: Trump Approves Iran Attack Strategy, Awaits Nuclear U-Turn

Former US President Donald Trump has reportedly approved a military plan targeting Iran but stopped short of issuing a final go-ahead. According to The Wall Street Journal, Trump told his inner circle that while the operation is ready, he wants to see whether Iran will halt its nuclear activities before making a definitive move.

One of the possible strike targets is Iran’s Fordow enrichment facility, a deep underground site believed to be central to the country’s uranium enrichment programme. Experts warn that only highly powerful munitions could damage such a fortified location.

“I May Do It, I May Not”

When questioned about his intentions, Trump remained vague, saying, “I may do it, I may not.” He further hinted at imminent developments, adding, “The next week is going to be very big, maybe even sooner.”

He made it clear that his administration would not settle for temporary measures or negotiations: “We’re not looking for a ceasefire. We’re looking for total and complete victory. And victory means no nuclear weapon. That’s it.”

Iran’s Nuclear Countdown

Trump claimed Iran was only weeks away from acquiring a nuclear weapon prior to Israel’s recent strikes. With tensions soaring, Trump has doubled down on his tough stance against Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the country’s nuclear ambitions.

As international observers monitor the situation closely, the coming days could be critical in determining whether diplomacy or confrontation will shape the next chapter in US-Iran relations.
