Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson experienced an unexpected encounter with wild animals during a family safari tour of a national park in Texas, USA. When driving around the park with his wife and kids, Johnson was confronted by an ostrich that tried to peck him through the vehicle window.
In a video posted by his wife, Carrie Johnson, on Instagram, the ex-UK leader is captured sitting with his family as the big bird sticks its neck into the car and bites close to Johnson’s hand lying by the door. The shocked ex-PM shouted, “Christ! Oh, f****** hell!” upon seeing the near miss.

The humorous moment was greeted with giggles by one of their three children, who moved towards the window laughing. “Too funny not to share,” Carrie labeled the video, which soon became viral.
The incident put a surprise twist into the family’s otherwise serene US holiday.
